Why was I banned for COD service?

You will be banned for cash on delivery (COD) service if you have a previous order on Galleon using COD mode of payment and has been processed, but you canceled or refused to receive your order. 
You may proceed with your order by choosing other modes of payment available: 
1) Bank Deposit
