How can I avail of the item warranty if it is defective after a day? What will Galleon do to help?

In the event that the product has international warranty, you can directly contact the supplier’s local service center for replacement/repair

If the supplier does not provide international warranty, will be able to ship the item back to the U.S.A. supplier and request for a replacement. Shipping charges will be shouldered by the customer. We will however help and assist the replacement or possible refund. 

If the product reaches you in a defective state, you can request for a return or replacement of the product within 3 DAYS from when you received the item

    Im no longer interested with airwalker balloon.our place is 80km frm d city.its hard to take d balloon.using helium.
