How can I avail of the item warranty if it is defective after a day? What will Galleon do to help?

In the event that the product has international warranty, you can directly contact the supplier’s local service center for replacement/repair

If the supplier does not provide international warranty, Galleon.ph will be able to ship the item back to the U.S. supplier and request for a replacement. Shipping charges will be shouldered by the customer. We will however help and assist the replacement or possible refund. 

If, however, the product reaches the customer in a defective state, you can request for a return or replacement of the product within 24 hours. Refer to Galleon.ph Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds page for further details.

    Im no longer interested with airwalker balloon.our place is 80km frm d city.its hard to take d balloon.using helium.
