How do I track the shipment of the item/s I ordered?

You can monitor the status of your order on Galleon.ph. Simply log in via Facebook (make sure the email you used on checkout is the same as your Facebook profile) to see your existing order/s. You will also be notified of any changes to your order via email.

Make sure the email you used at checkout is the same as your Facebook account. If not, you may contact us so we can add your Facebook email address as secondary email.

    I have ordered already and paid via PayPal (credit card), how would I track my orders? I did not use my FB account during the purchase.

    It is obvious that many people made purchases and have not received their item for a long time, this worries me, no offence but someone has to do something to fix this issue.
