I already logged in using my Facebook account, but can't find the option to track my order

Make sure the email you used at checkout is the same as your Facebook account. If not, you may contact us so we can add your Facebook email address as secondary email.

Login using your email address on Galleon website

 

After you login, click the Orders to view the status of your orders

 

You may now view the status of your order
